I had been seeing the “For Sale” signs show up in my neighborhood. After two weeks of looking at various properties, our offer was accepted for a house in the same city and the same neighborhood. This was a double accomplishment that I did not think we would achieve. Plus the price seemed just right. And when it came to selling our own place, Shahbaz Khan managed to sell it over asking in less than a week, with minimal upgrades. The whole process took less than a month and seemed seamless, smooth, efficient and result oriented. I was left satisfied with how Shahbaz managed to talk to the bank about our mortgage details and helped set my closing dates and advised us in arranging movers too. Willing to work 24/7, bunch of good people there....... So me and my girlfriend were first time home buyer. We had no clue what we were doing. We were looking at many houses but getting no where.
